This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Nano Shape of Beauty affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Nano Shape of Beauty” refers to “Jod International Llc, 1746 WISTERIA ST, WELLINGTON, FL, 33414”, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Nano Shape of Beauty affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

The Affiliate will not use the Affiliate Program only for making comissions from their own purchases. In case of such behavior the Affiliate will be removed from the Affiliate Program and the comission will not be paid out.
Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Area Dashboard - https://nanoshapeofbeauty.com/affiliate-area/. Affiliate will continue to accumulate commissions for each paid transaction by the customer in 24 hours’ time after entering the website through correctly structured Affiliate link which can be generated on the Affiliate Area page by using the “Generate URL” button. The default commission rate is 7% (excluding taxes and shipping) and can be renegotiated only in case of making correct commissions from a purchase of $20.000 (tax and shipping excluded) during a calendar month time. Affiliate will be also granted with $100 in case of making correct commissions from a purchase of $5.000 (tax and shipping excluded) during a calendar month time. Affiliate will be also granted with $250 in case of making correct commissions from a purchase of $10.000 (tax and shipping excluded) during a calendar month time.Payment
An Affiliate don’t need to request a payment. Nano Shape of Beauty will pay the commission money to Affiliates once a month. Affiliates need to enter their valid Paypal account during the Affiliate Program registration - payments will generally be paid out via PayPal. The Paypal account can be changed in every moment through Affiliate Area Settings page.Affiliate Area functions

There is also a possibility to generate the unique Campaign Referral link which can be useful for checking the specific campaign effort. In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the Nano Shape of Beauty brand and marketing resources available on the Nano Shape of Beauty website – www.nanoshapeofbeauty.com. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials. If an Affiliate want to modify the logo or any other asset – written permission is strongly required. The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Nano Shape of Beauty. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Nano Shape of Beauty. The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Nano Shape of Beauty or their relationship with Nano Shape of Beauty in a false or misleading way. The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Nano Shape of Beauty.The Affiliate will not use the Affiliate Program only for making comissions from their own purchases. In case of such behavior the Affiliate will be removed from the Affiliate Program and the comission will not be paid out.
